Wow. Julian saves the day. I have a second car which is very rarely driven. It had been insured through Coles but the policy expired and I was quoted double simply to reinstate it. After a quick call with Julian Lamont, he was able to beat the price of all other retail car insurance policies by about 40% off the premium. Stellar service!!

I have dealt with the Echuca office for many years for my contents insurance. Amber has already been great to deal with, prompt, efficient and friendly; very helpful during a recent claim. Highly recommended.

Been with these insurers for over 10 years but the service has a lot to be desired. I usually have an insurance rate to pay straight up on my annual application but my 2022 application is being reviewed (nothing has changed) and been waiting 2 weeks to pay. Disappointing

2nd edit, found out today this broker told me they had negotiated on my behalf for a better outcome when in fact the insurance provider had simply rectified an error resulting in the better outcome. Edit; The claims person put the wrong address on the claim form and did not present the claim as I requested. I'll update this post as the matter unfolds. Great place until you have a claim. Hardly any contact, negativity, slow to get the ball rolling. Been waiting about 6 weeks for outcome. Beware of false promises.
