Most importantly, they both have an OCD-level commitment to responding to you as quickly as they can and calling you to keep you informed. When a claim arises, Seam will fight tooth and nail for you with insurers and update you every step of the way. Alex will obtain insurance renewals well in advance, allowing time for any adjustments and due diligence, along with practical advice throughout. They are so impressive that what started as business coverage has turned into switching all of my personal insurance — home and cars — to them as well. I can wholeheartedly recommend Alex and Sam to anyone, and that's not something I say often.
