Alex and Seam are the perfect team for your insurance needs. They are honest and ethical. Most importantly, they both have an OCD-level commitment to responding to you as quickly as they can and calling you to keep you informed. When a claim arises, Seam will fight tooth and nail for you with insurers and update you every step of the way. Alex will obtain insurance renewals well in advance, allowing time for any adjustments and due diligence, along with practical advice throughout. They are so impressive that what started as business coverage has turned into switching all of my personal insurance — home and cars — to them as well. I can wholeheartedly recommend Alex and Sam to anyone, and that's not something I say often.
This company fought tooth and nail for me, when I was dealing with a five-year long court case regarding the theft of my belongings in 2020, stored at the time with a private storage company. I cannot thank Ed enough for his diligent fight to get my insurance claims honoured. Any victim going through a theft related police investigation knows what a harrowing process it is, just to even get to a court verdict. I was reimbursed very appropriately.
