Friendly and efficient. They were obviously looking to make a deal but Johanna's pleasant nature definitely made it an enjoyable conversation. The proof in the puding as to whether the cover lives up to expectations but on face value I feel I've made the right choice
The compare team were helpful. Reviewing my healthcare needs, requirements. The staff on today had great knowledge, made comparing providers a lot easier for the family.
I answered this phonecall and agreed for them to compare my health insurance, they were polite however after 35mins on the phone and being passed on to 4 different people they gave me an option that was not only less beneficial to me than my current cover but also more expensive. I tried to give them a chance to give me a good offer but disappointing in this case.
I had a welcome phone call from Compare Wise. Very polite and friendly, the was transferred to a consultant named Gabby. She took me through the process of finding another health fund with better cover and less premiums. Great service, friendly, patient and efficient. Thank you 🙏
As recent retirees a) we were aware our lifestyle style had changed, and b) the need for our health cover to include items like trips, slips and falls and speciialed ongoing items that that MAY occur as we age. c ) after a discussion, Adam, our Care Wise consultant searched for, and suggested, a fund that provides the cover to suit our situation. 24 hours on we can relax and enjoy our relirement confident that we have cover in place, tailored specifically to our needs. d) A BIG THANK YOU to Adam who assisted us through the process, in a timely, empathetic way.
