I answered this phonecall and agreed for them to compare my health insurance, they were polite however after 35mins on the phone and being passed on to 4 different people they gave me an option that was not only less beneficial to me than my current cover but also more expensive. I tried to give them a chance to give me a good offer but disappointing in this case.
