Called Aaron at about 5pm on a Friday and he was fantastic. He made the time to understand the request. He had a quote to me within 45 minutes and was available again on Saturday to update the quote with more details and send it through. As soon as I advised him I wanted to proceed he processed the policy. The experience has been fantastic. Later in the week, I asked him for a certificate of currency for the policy and he had it to me within minutes. Exceptional customer service.
