I have been unfortunate enough to have been involved in 3 accidents in the last 9 years. ICF have been incredible with all of my claims. Friendly, efficient and seamless.
We had a clearly damaged package go through their insurance system. Sure enough, they think it wasn't "damaged enough", so they don't have to pay anything out. It's absolutely ludicrous that they're the ones that decide that. Horrible company.
