2.6 / 5 · 8 total⚠️ Terrible!! Chekiah never responded to my emails or text messages regarding an online quote I did.. I rang the company multiple times, on hold 20 minutes, couldn't get through.. Try it again, still couldn't get through, then left a message on their voicemail to call me back.. guess what ? They never called back. Imagine the crap I would go through, if I had to make a claim with this company ? After 3 days, I gave up and went elsewhere.. Rubbish service. Scam site ?😡 This is my honest experience.
Whilst the person I emailed and spoke with on the phone was doing all he seem to be able to, AON were unable to meet my timeline for a quote and to put insurance in place.
Unfortunately I have had no response from Aon. Just an automated one in email form to say they would get back to me. I have rang 5 times and sent an email for a quote for Public Liability insurance over a week. Never heard back.
A joke they do not return any calls. the person you need to talk to is never there and will NOT call back. in an emergency ?! or for advice. pity there is no minus 1 star .
DO NOT insure with this company!!!!! They are awful. No professionalism at all. Never been able to speak with a human. Leave messages that are never returned. Payed for a policy that you never receive.
