Seemed nice at first until we wanted to change brokers for a cheaper policy. Now it's constant harassment via emails and threatening/ intrusive phone calls. I definitely wouldn't EVER use Nathan Ray. God help you if you have to move brokers away from him. Get ready for threats on cancelling your policies and many rude, intrusive and harassing phone calls. What happened to being professional??

I thought I had an okay landlords policy... Carly at Ascot quickly pointed out all the gaping holes in the cover, and offered a policy that was much better value.
