Total SCAM of an insurance company... have declined a water leak claim, saying that it was a lack of maintenance that caused the leak, didnt even bother to go out and check the property.. interestingly they accepted a neighbours claim for a water leak the year before... STAY AWAY from these scammers... yee quick and easy to get a quote and cover but cant even be bothered to inspect a claim.. Definitely wont be renewing policy with them...pitty you cany give negative star ratings...

In my humble opinion, as a Level 7 Google Reviewer for many years, I believe that owners of properties that fall under the auspices of Strata & Survey-Strata Titled Properties should not attempt to understand all the complexities of how the Strata Titles Act of 1985 or the Residential Tenancies Act of 1987 impact on the property/properties they own. According to both Acts, Building Insurance (incorporating insurance on the common property), is mandatory. Strong Insurance Brokers are experts in this specialist area, and they have saved me a considerable amount of time and effort in locating an underwriter who could assist me in my plight to secure a competitive premium on behalf of my clients as the Legal Advocate for their Survey Strata-Titled Body Corporate. Time is money. The good news is that Strong Insurance Brokers do not charge a commission like some of their competitors, and Douglas Strong has a very talented team that can and will answer any questions you may have. I am particularly impressed with their professional and diligent demeanour when dealing with new clients. In closing, I would have no compunction in recommending Strong Insurance Brokers to anyone who is looking for expertise, service, professionalism, and continued support, at the right price.

I accidentally called Zana Firth whilst trying to find a policy for my strata and I was stressing. Zana went above and beyond to help me and my neighbour when we weren’t even clients of hers (yet).
