Very bad at following through with insurance companies. Wait for progress for a week or more then follow up with last call to find out nothing has happened and magically happens within a couple of hours. Have to ring multiple times every time to get them to move forward, was without my car for month and a half. About a month longer than necessary. I wouldn’t use these guys again not sure if other brokers are better but I wouldn’t dick around a stranger this much let alone a client.
