RAC Mandurah

I requested a financial hardship, then my son was driving car, early july this year, he had an accident in my car, but because RAC declined my hardship request, i was left without a vehicle, I had to hand the plates into the licensing centre as i could not afford to repair my car myself. They did offer me a 3 month waiver. But no point being on my car as it was unregistered, i ask them to put the 3 month wavier on my 2022 LDV, as they cancelled my poilcy on that one too as due to financial hardship, but they declined. I have a member of RAC over 20 years, and so was my nan, for a very long time abd this is the suppory i get. Not happy

The nicest RAC OFFICE I have been. The ladies are very helpfull and give you good advice and answers to your questions, they really take the time to your visit. I was so happy that I found a RAC shop with such nice staff that I bought flowers for the two ladies. Pity it is so far away. All the way to Halls Head and over that large bridge (in the making) sooo much heavy traffic!

I'm not even insured with RAC and I will never be after the dealings I have had with them regarding a vehicle accident with one of their customers.

Very helpful staff. They didn't rush my enquiry. They listened and provided me with a solution to my enquiry. Great face to face service.

In case of emergency.. don't count on them!! I was left stranded in North of WA with a broken radiator. After heaps of questions,the RAC receptionist told me that the tow truck couldn't pick me up because it was public holiday!! Therefore , unless i wanted to spend the night in the middle of nowhere, my only option was to drive 50km with a broken radiator that provoked the engine to overheat which, in turn, caused expensive damage to my car. Useless service!!!

Called in to change our address. Customer Service Lady very helpful and efficient. Offered several suggestions on our insurance.
