I would just like to say that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Natalie from Elders at Cockburn Central. I did not even have to ask about the different types of insurance that I would require for a cosmetic clinic, Natalie simply put together a insurance package and provided a checklist of the information that would be required to finalise the cover. Natalie was recommended to me by word of mouth and I would not hesitate in recommending her to everybody. Her attention to detail and quickness of responding to my queries was standout customer service for me.

Would highly recommend anyone using this insurance company and/or QBE to do yourselves a favor and cut all ties. Find a company that respects its customers and does the job they’ve signed up to do.
