There is always only one person doing the counter service and the other ladies are away in offices and you end up having to wait.
Not happy with manager attitude and control words on the phone with me,treat me like a child how to spend my own money,, i don't want her or beyond bank to control my life and how to spend my own money. I'm 53 years old. Mandurah branch
I can't call direct to mandurah store, I've tried dozens of times, it's infuriating, why is this the case

My husband and I recently switched to Beyond Bank. Their product range is great and caters to all of our financial needs. What truly stands out, though, is their exceptional customer service. We've not experienced anything like it from any other banks in the past. We've gone into the Mandurah branch a couple of times now and have been served by Hayden each time. Hayden's dedication, expertise and friendliness make every visit a pleasure.
