I have had my business insurances with Newcaslte Insurance Group for 4-5 years now. I was astonished when Gavin reviewed my policies provided by another broker and identified that I was never appropriately insured in the first place due to sneaky exclusions. I appreciate that Gavin picked it up and comfortably trust his business with my insurance needs.

Had the worst experience with Newcastle Insurances Brokers. Had been with them for 4 years had a claim after the hail storm May 2023, received very little support to settle our claim. Gavin recommended the companies we insured with as reputable, which wasn’t the case ( Blue Zebra Insurance) took over 18 months of arguing on our own to the Insurance company with very little support from Gavin and the team . Lots of talk however no action very poor service for the fees paid to have the support you would expect with an insurance broker !! Very dissatisfied with the service and the recommendations made to us in regard's to which Insurance companies to choose.

Gavin is fantastic to deal with, first time I have ever had an insurance broker that actually WANTS to help you & get the best deal for you. Have switched a few accounts over so far with more to come - better policies at cheaper rates - whats better than that?
