Rebekah Munn (Dulwich SA) has been our insurance broker for 3+ years now and I would highly recommend her. She always returns my calls and answers my emails. She is amazingly knowledgeable in this industry.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1 star is way to generous for the staff at this company. Absolutely terrible experience with MGA Insurance. The first girl I spoke to sounded like she had zero interest in doing her job. When I asked for a quote she actually said, “Don’t you want to leave it closer to renewal to get a price from us?” — even though my policy renews in only two weeks. It immediately felt like she just couldn’t be bothered dealing with the enquiry. She then told me they couldn’t insure us because we have goats and they might run onto the road. When I questioned that logic, she transferred me to a guy named Kim. He said the property would need to be insured as a hobby farm instead of a standard home policy. I told him that was completely fine and asked him to go ahead and do the quote. His response his name was Kim: “No thanks, I don’t want to do it.” I’ve dealt with a lot of companies over the years, but this was easily one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had. Staff who openly admit they don’t want to do their job shouldn’t be working in customer service. If they can’t even be bothered to provide a quote, I can only imagine how bad it would be if you ever had to make a claim. Avoid MGA Insurance if you actually want service.

Rang to get a quote, got the run around cos they are affiliated with NRMA and that’s who they go through including CGU, the operator sighed, asked a million questions about why I wanted a quote instead of actually just giving me a quote! 0/10 for service!!

Disappointed with the professionalism displayed by this company. After a brief phone call with a broker and his poor attitude I have taken my business elsewhere. Do not recommend.
