Last year the company changed hands and we were notified by a generic email, no one ever reached out to us or bothered to check in with us. For a small locally owned business that seemed a little out of place but I wasn't going to let it get to me too much. The next time I hear from these folks they're telling me that they can no longer service my account and that they wouldn't be renewing my insurance via email, not even a phone call. They haven't given us a real reason either just some generic crap about our type of policy not being something they specialise in any more. overall very disappointing but I guess they don't want my business so that's that.
