Flex Insurance

Worst I surance company ever underwritten by LLoyds. They won't warranty floorboards damages in an open plan house and replace the lot because the boards abutt old boards. Half the open plan is affected. They are trying to cash pay me put and their amount is so unrealistically low for the remediation works. Further water damage appeared since their initial inspection. They said they'd send someone out and never did. Never go with strata insurance with flex or Lloyd's. They provide zero communication I paid insurance for floorboards damage and they refuse to do it and warrant it and want to cash pay me put which won't cover the damage. Plus I am medically incapable of project managing the project and yet they still insist. The are terrible and cruel. It's currently in arbitration and they just send the same information that lacks any details of what they will do except I have to do it all. edit. this has now been goin gon for 6 months. The damage has gotten worse as it was flood damage and the floors further dried out. Their payout figure is about 20% of what it needs to be. Flex are just putting a reply to make themselves look good. They won't do a single thing. Flex and LLoyds - Never go with them under any circumstances. They cannot even get the damage report done properly

Flex insurance were so helpful when I was trying to find insurance for our duplex in Qld. Qld changed their insurance laws that duplexes must have strata insurance, which we'd never had before. The owner of the other half of the duplex and I had no idea where to start. We contacted several insurance companies and were told that we had to take out all sorts of add on insurance options that we didn't need and therefore the cost went up and up. Flex insurance was fantastic. They explained the minimum requirements we needed under Qld law, and they had the flexibility to only take out the insurance coverage we needed. As a result, their quote was substantially lower than most of the others. They also really quickly got the certificate of insurance to us, and made some last minute changes, no hassle. If you have a small complex, or a duplex, I absolutely highly recommend Flex insurance. They were a life saver for us.

I cant remember the name of the lovely gentleman that I spoke to but he was very supportive. It was a nightmare try to work through web sites to find companies who understand Queensland Duplex / Strata title insurance requirements. The level of services was excellent and his patience was outstanding.

Seonag was so helpful when I rang to organise a strata title insurance which I realised had been cancelled with a previous insurance company without my knowledge, meaning we had been uninsured for over a year! She was friendly and kind and got a new policy up and running immediately and answered emails very quickly when I asked questions. Fantastic customer service.

Flex Insurance, when our Community Title Scheme (CTS) a duplex, were advised by our long term Insurers that they would no longer be insuring CTS's with less than 10 dwellings we searched high and low to find a new insurer. After obtaining several quotes from the major and mid size insurers that were between 120% to 150% dearer than the current policy, Flex Insurance was recommended to me by an aquatence, the staff at Flex went out of their way to assist and provided a quote that was a 52% increase over the present cover (very acceptable under the current environment ). For small Schemes I highly recommend the service and helpful assistance provided by Flex Insurance and their staff.

when our duplex strata cover was suddenly canned by a mega insurer, Flex gave us an easy on line quick and professional service at a very realistic premium. 4 stars at the moment pending any claims, but if they are as good at that then a 5 star rating. A pleasant change. Phil Bargara
