I have found the people that I have had contact with have been very helpful and courteous. They have helped me to make the changes required to assist with our financial situation. Having said this earlier, I find that my previous health provider was not notified of the change and has been charging me ever since. I managed to get the certificate from HCF (who by the way said it had been sent) and sent it myself yesterday. No chance of getting my rebates back from Australian Unity. Not so happy.

I used Compare Club to review both my energy and private health provider. Within a week of changing energy provider, the rates changed and my plan increased. I returned to my previous provider. After making the decision to change my private health provider based on advice all waiting periods met under my previous provider would be honoured, I was then told by the new provider that this was not true and I would have waiting periods applied to two of the main services used under my previous cover. I am already out of pocket for two regular appointments I have been covered for under my previous provider. In my experience Compare Club are not doing their due diligence and providing clients with accurate information to make an informed decision. It’s just a quick sell with no accountability for actual outcome. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Everyone I spoke to has been polite, helpful and respectful of my time. I am saving $74 a MONTH after taking maximum 45 minutes on the phone. I know what I am covered for and feel happy I am now insured with an Australian not for profit company. Thank you Compare Club. Looking forward to chatting with your other advisors to save money on my energy and mortgage.

I had an excellent experience with the health insurance broker. They helped me find a better plan that offers greater value. They were knowledgeable, took time to understand my needs and genuine willingness to help. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for honest advice and assistance with choosing a good health insurance.

I had a great compare call with Paul today. I have had multiple phone calls with Compare Club and everytime I have politely used excuses to rush ending the call cause I didn’t want to use their services anymore but they kept calling me and trying to convince me there’s a better option. I’ll admit I began to ignore their calls. THEN today, I got a call and spoke to a wonderful Paul! He solved it all in under 5 mins and told me no need to switch I’m already getting exactly what I need. His confidence was very reassuring. Thank you for being honest and telling me the truth!! Without telling me everything I need to read to get the best offer. Really felt he listened!

Today I was reviewing our health fund due to the Government changes next April 2027. We have been with our current health fund for over 15 years not wanting to change but need to be able to manage our budget.i filled out a survey and knew that I would be contacted by funds. I have just finished the survey my phone rang . Yes it was a person calling about the health fund. Gemma was lovely I thought to myself that I was going to be pressured to change funds. However it was not but was told my existing fund was good no need to change . My own health fund have still not advised me on the increases next years but Gemma was great. So go to the compare Club.
