Like any insurance policy one always thinks twice about the merits of having insurance policies given the financial outlays required and further apprehension about using insurance brokers given the commissions involved. Whilst no one wishes to suffer significant illnesses which may be threatening for being able to continue in the work force, or worse still for life, it is very comforting to know when adverse health events do occur that insurance policies give great financial peace of mind not only to the person suffering the adverse health event but also to their loved ones as well. At times of stress following an adverse health event it is comforting to know that people like Russell at Life Insurance Direct are always there to guide you through the claims process that would otherwise be frustrating and potentially traumatic when it comes to dealing directly with insurance funds. Russell from Life Insurance Direct is completely across the nuances of all insurance policies and their benefits and is in a much better position to advocate on your behalf to facilitate an insurance claim having established lines of contact with the Claims departments within the insurance industry. Having had to make a number of insurance claims, I now see the enormous value of having an insurance broker advocating on your behalf when it comes to claim time. I thus now fully understand what an insurance brokers commission is for. It buys an enormous peace of mind when it comes to claim time. The additional value of using Life Insurance Direct is that they are in a position to best assess your insurance requirements and tailor the most appropriate policies for you taking into consideration policy limits required balanced against affordable premiums.
The attention to detail in fully explaining the complete process was like a breath of fresh air, Matt was open to answering all the questions I had and was also very informative of how the process would take place.
They didn't give up contacting me. Which I need because I forget. Ash was accurate, knowledgeable and experienced. Everything moved quickly and he didn't waste my time. I'm glad I reached out because from my previous life insurance I will be paying nearly 50% less. Even if U have to pay more then quotes I'm still winning.

I was very happy and satisfied with my conversation and completely agreeable with all the information regarding Life Insurance at this particular late stage of my career.
