Belal is an absolute superstar. After our shop was targeted by tobacco gangs not once, but twice, finding insurance was about as difficult as it gets. I would go as far as saying this has to be one of the toughest insurance assignments in Melbourne right now. Where others saw a problem, Belal rolled up his sleeves and got it done. Throughout the process, Belal was responsive, professional, persistent and kept us informed every step of the way. Most importantly, he delivered a result when we really needed one. Belal, you are the bomb! (After the two bombs, I think I'm allowed to say that 😄). Five stars isn't enough. You're a superstar five times over. I have used Grace insurance and in particular been dealing with a young woman there named Vanessa Jesson who has taken me over and switched me on multiple polices for my business . Especially being a performance shop and having to fine “ tune “ (pun intended) the policy she helped me navigate through it all to make sure it was done correctly and customers goods , vehicles , parts including our own and the building etc not to mention some of our vehicles covered also . 10 Stars would highly recommend her to any of my business associated for insurance policies setup’s and renewals.

Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled with care. While we didn’t recover our vehicle, we were fairly compensated in a very short timeframe, which allowed us to purchase another vehicle and move forward.
