I was finding it extremely difficult to find an insurer who would provide me with home building/landlord insurance because the house we are renting out is on a working farm - this even though the house has its own self contained securely fenced garden and the tenants are not allowed access to the rest of the farm. I was finding this situation very stressful because I have tenants moving into our property on Friday. Anyway I contacted West Rock Insurance Brokers this morning after seeing their 5 star reviews and Alex was amazing. I explained the situation to him and he was very helpful and friendly, and he got back to me within the hour with a very reasonable quote which I accepted immediately and one from a large reputable insurer, Allianz. I was extremely grateful and impressed with this professional and friendly service, so much so that I have emailed Alex asking him for quotes for all of my other insurances. Couldn't be happier with the service provide by Daniel Hausler at West Rock Insurance. He has gone above and beyond, literally saving us thousands of dollars, for the same products we were getting elsewhere, and all in an exceptionally quick turnaround of a couple of days. Everything was no-fuss and handled virtually via email alone - I think we only had 1 call. Do yourself a favour and beat a path to his door, we have already passed on his details and we don't do this unless we're am super happy.
