I am writing this review on behalf of the Body Corporate Committee of a Strata building in Caloundra. We have been using Metsure since 2022 for our building insurance, and during this time we had one claim which our Broker, Elliott managed to our complete satisfaction. Elliott has excellent knowledge of the insurance industry, he demonstrates sound customer service skills and he is responsive to all request by phone or email. The whole team at Metsure are a please to deal with.
The service and support I have received from MIB has been outstanding! When I have done an insurance claim, Elliot and Emma provided great support throughout the process. I have also used them for getting a loan to buy a house, Ian was amazing as an insurance broker and made everything easy for me to understand and made the whole process a lot less daunting.
