Have been using Lords Insurance for years for all times of insurances. They have always ensured they found the best insurance for my needs. Sean and his team are amazing, professional with a sprinkle of good humour. :)

The Lords team were amazing. We have a unique small business that was challenging to source Public Liability insurance. Sean from Lords took the time to understand my business and sourced the best possible quote in a very small amount of time. What I also valued he took the time to explain the policy and a way that I was able to understand and was available to answer any questions. Highly recommend and potentially will be using them for my other personal insurances.

Being from Melbourne and having to deal with the difficulties of distance whilst buying a property in Cairns. Lords insurance protects our family home, cars and our business. I couldnt recommend Sonya and the Team at lords with enough words of praise. They annually review all our policys for competitive rates (I have had other brokers compete against them, they have always come out ion front) The true test of anything with insurance is when something goes wrong, this is when Lords inurance shines above all others, they step up and take control lodging the claim, updating us regularly with the process and when needed steps in to make sure policys are honoured. A Cairns family business, that supports Cairns family's and businesses. I couldnt reccomend them more.

If your looking for new hassle free insurance for anything, sean at lords insurance is the place to go. Little did I know my last insurance providers hadn't even covered me for the basics I needed when living in the tropics, such as storms and flooding. I now have all my insurances with lords insurance. Thanks mate

We used to get Strata insurance through Lords Insurance Services. We have stopped using them, because: - They gave us renewals one day before the existing insurance expired and we were faced with no space to manoeuvre the extremely high quote - Their charging structure is based on the height of the insurance premium and we had to pay them 10k, because our insurance went up so much. When asking for a discount, Sean denied it and said that there was so much extra work involved getting this second quote. I questioned whether getting one more quote would really be worth over $6000 difference and he said "yes, we had multiple people working on this for weeks." -> puhh, it is really sad to see when one is called out and then blatantly lies about it. I guess that is human greed for you. Needless to say, I would not recommend this broker at all. They have no sense for what is fair and take advantage of you when they have you cornered. I prefer to work with companies that care for their customers and treat them fairly. Everyone is in business for the money, but there are two types. A) companies that understand by providing value, they create happy customers who will be willing to pay them and stay loyal even through bad times B) companies that take advantage were they can by doing as little as possible, ripping customers off, in this case, because legislation allows them to do so. It takes a lot to piss someone off enough to write a negative review. There is very little chance that the people working in this company will suddenly become fair people, so the least one can do is warn other people not to go with this mob. Oh, and Sean, the reason why you don't recognise so many people behind those bad reviews is, because they want to stay anonymous. It doesn't mean that what they write about didn't happen. So, maybe just own up to what kind of person you are and how your employees / co-owners treat people and make some changes.
