Needed a public liability insurance with them. Sales agent Andy was helpful, but in the end appeared to be providing false information, which for me now looks as an intentional lie. I did ask 3 times if there any early cancellation fees or charges and the clear response from the agent was "No". I have even paraphrased my question, just to make sure that none additional money would have to be paid in case if i cancel the policy. Now, when i cancelled it after 2 months, it suddenly appears that i have to pay 300$ to a commercial loan provider. Think twice before getting any services from this company.

Caleb is fantastic! We’ve got a small gardening business with some niche services that needed a bit of work to get the right cover. Other brokers didn’t call me back (I assume because it wasn’t straight forward and a small contract). Caleb and the team stuck with me and we got over that suits us perfectly. I want to thank account manager Harry Levendakis for pulling everything across the line for us, although there were a few initial hiccups in the conversations with customer service, once I got through to him everything was accelerated and actioned quicker than I can say thank you! He even made calls to follow up and ensure I received what I needed. Excellent service.

I am starting a sole trader Handyman business. servicing property managers and building owners. Their preferred contractors applications asked for liability and indemnity insurance. The biz cover etc online companies were all to happy to sell me indemnity insurance. I decided to call a local company Insure247. I spoke with Nadine for 59 minutes at the end of that call I was educated about what I really needed . I did not need indemnity insurance . She explained why I didn't , she also did not rubbish the others for trying to sell me something i did not need > NADINE DISPALYED HONESTY AND INTEGRITY rarities these days . Nadine speaks very well, clear and concise . Practiced exemplary patience around all my questions . If there is and award at your company for EXCELLENCE ??
