Consultants at HCF constantly give me either the wrong or contradictory information about my coverage. The system itself is bogus. Better off on the public system.

If any of you is thinking of joining hcf insurance , please do think 10000.. times. It's very hard to reach. Gotta wait at least half an hour on the line, only to get served by rude consultant instead of explaining or helping. They keep direct debit my account incorrectly, and when asked if i can have a statement of all the transaction, they simply didn't even reply to email. So i would not recommend it to anyone i know as i am utterly disappointed by their service and when they can get this simple help right i am not sure how they will be helping when i might be really in need.
