A few years ago, after becoming frustrated with our Strata Managers Building Insurance costs, I contacted Strata Insurance Solutions. Couldn't believe my lucky in finding them. Their support and performance is unmatched. Thank you Tyrone and your brilliant team.

In the last year we moved to self-management so this was the first time not performing an insurance renewal through a Strata Manager. We requested multiple quotes through brokers and direct to insurer, to test the market. The Strata is both residential and commercial and also has a car stacker. So it is by no means a standard risk profile. Whilst we had many detailed responses, Strata Insurance Solutions stood out in terms of the Statement of Advice and also identified policy exclusions relative to our strata. In addition they offer a pricing model based on a service fee that is lower than the standard industry commission model. As the base premium does not include commission, there are reduced Government Levies and Stamp Duty charges. This strategy delivered substantial savings to our unit owners. Overall great customer service and attention to detail, I have no hesitation in recommending Strata Insurance Solutions to anyone looking for a professional, and cost effective insurance service.
