Had a battery issue today at home...excellent service and so fast..the mechanic guy Nathaniel ..legend
I went into the Shepparton store at the market place this morning to get some international travel insurance and international drivers licence. Having not done this before was hoping to be guided by them as they deal with it every day. Well was I shocked I got the most rudest, most unfriendly and unhelpful lady staff member ever. She didn't even introduce herself before we started looking into my enquiry. There were two staff working 1/11/2025 a male and this rude lady. Very unhappy 🙁. John

Great service, I had to call for roadside side assistance had someone come out within an hour they replaced my battery and was very helpful The person I had to call was great very helpful and understanding I would definitely be referring my family to take out insurance with RACV I am very pleased I had a great experience.
I took out Holiday insurance, great selling service, as my holiday was cancelled, I'm still waiting for an outcome
