Big shout out to Michelle Ball who looks after all my policies. After a recent mishap with a car window, I lodged my claim and got approval for the repair within 24 hours. When Michelle found out that the replacement window was going to take 4-6 weeks to arrive from Singapore, she took it upon herself to try to find one in Australia to get the repair done sooner. This was over and above my expectations and the reason I don't look past Roderick Insurance to look after all my policies for house, cars and business.

Roderick Insurance Brokers have managed my house insurance needs for many years and have always negotiated a suitable policy at a reasonable premium. Six months ago, whilst on holidays, we had a water leak in the ceiling of our house which caused considerable damage to a significant portion of the house. Rectifying the problem took some time as there were many interactions with the insurance company, a building company and many trades. We were very fortunate to have Maria and Sue from Roderick’s assist us in managing the repairs to the house. Without their assistance the repairs would not have been undertaken as promptly and the stress levels which we experienced would have been far higher. We are very happy with the assistance that the Roderick staff have provided.
