Terrible service. Am a long standing inter-generational client, I can't move insurers due to my pre-existing conditions. Tried to add partner, they failed to do so. Have taken to ombudsman. Avoid this company with 2 ten foot poles - they want your money and don't care about the impacts their mistakes have.

Medi thieves need whole premiums regardless of providing any service. No one usually goes on holiday for more than eight weeks, but they can only pause the membership if going out of Australia for more than two months. And yes, they need to receive "travel documents" to make it easier to share with hacker friends, like how they happily shared 10 million customer data.
