I love Medibank Private have been a member over 10 years. Just a few small concerns and this does not reflect on the employees in the Centrepoint store but...How hard can it be to get someone on the phone? You can't! I was trying to message a computer re payments that were debited on the wrong day, for several weeks. I've felt secure with pvt health, but not now that I've been debited $600 and a computer is saying I still owe more. Not impressed.
