Unbelievably complex and slow.... The only benefits I receive from Medibank is a mediocre share dividend every 6 months. Premium is way too expensive...all about those interpretation.... that's what you get for 26 years 💩🤬
Absolutely terrible serive and no help at all. Stay away from them. Waste of money and time. They don't know their job and will not help.
Very rude lady who didn't have her facts right .Told me I got certain information on 25th Feb when it was 15th March and she said I don't know what happened .Then she told me I was notified about a change in November last year when in fact it was in 2022 .I rang Medibank after this and was helped by a very nice man who gave me the correct information .
