McLardy McShane Bendigo Insurance Advisors was approached by a client seeking a policy review following a significant premium increase despite no claims history. Cory, named in the feedback, assessed the existing cover, identified that the policyholder had been left underinsured, and arranged a cheaper policy with broader protection.

The account describes communication that was clear and attentive, and industry knowledge that guided the process from start to finish. The client notes that rather than a simple price comparison, the review examined what was actually needed and addressed gaps that had gone unnoticed, resulting in better cover at a lower cost for this Bendigo policyholder.
