HCF

HCF really is no better than any other insurer. Premiums are barely competitive, customer service is difficult to get hold of and the app and their online services are pretty bad. The only thing that works are payments; they're good at charging, not at offering a decent service.

The two ladies that work there are lovely, very helpful. My grievance is not their problem, and a problem to few others, my grievance is with HCF, They've refused to reregister my chiropractor in Narrabri, depriving me of my choice of service provider which I pay a considerable amount of money for each month. I don't feel like rating, HCF is a good company, been with them over 40 years. Just disappointed.

Staff were courteous and helpful with making a claim today. There was a glitch with their claim system, however a workaround was used. Recommend
