Extremely helpful, pleasant staff on consecutive visits. Did everything they could to fix our issues and make an annoying problem into a positive experience.
Went to lodge a claim, I was told to go download the HBF app and do it at home. Absolutely rude couldn’t push me out the door fast enough. Just disgusting where’s the customer service?
