My partner rang Dylan Baillie to help with an insurance claim and he did absolutely nothing. No help whatsoever. My partner had to work directly with insurance company which is not what she was paying Dylan for. Did not do one single thing from start of repair till end of repair. An absolute joke of a company. Even had the audacity to raise premium by $500 a year as well. Want to waste your time and money then please go with this shonky broker. If you are smart you will run away as fast as possible from this lot.

I recently had to make a claim which was so easy. Rodger acted very quickly regarding emergency works and started the claim process with insurance company. Felesha then assisted until the claim was settled. The process was quick & painless and really does highlight the benefits of using a broker. I also like that Roger touches base every year to ensure my sums insured are sufficient and that I am getting the best deal. 5-star service all around!
