Was very impressed with Ashton who recently carried out roadside assistance to my daughters car. Firstly, he was prompt knowing there was a baby in the car. He was meticulous, getting the car started in no time, and instead of sending us on our way, he cleaned and checked the leads and connections, unexpectedly getting the radio to go again, which hadn’t worked for a long time. At the same time he was explaining and showing me where the problems can occur. He was friendly, professional, provided great service and should be highly commended. Well done Ashton!!! In addition Renee from the call centre was very helpful and gave suggestions to keep cool during the wait. She also assured me that I would receive a call when help was on the way, which put my mind at ease.
