I can not rate Ali Mulla highly enough. I have a multi tenanted, mixed use building which was rather difficult to find insurance to for in the traditional sense. Fortunately, we were recommended by another customer to use Mr Mulla. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Our building had asbestos and a multitude of other risks to deal with. Ali worked all hours to discuss our case with a multitude of Insurance providers to ensure we got the full coverage that we required. He handled all of the required paperwork and documentation efficiently and diligently. Making call after call to ensure the best coverage with numerous insurers, and their policies and quotation/offers. He ensured our building was up to code in relation to fire, asbestos and electrical - which is top level expertise and service. He responds promptly to emails and calls, and has even called me after hours to ensure we were well looked after. I recently had grounds to make a claim with SSAA insurance brokers. The lockbox attached to the back of my ute was broken into and items stolen. after completing the required paper work with the police and getting a QPS report number. I made a claim with SSAA insurance. The process could not have been easier or the people I dealt with more helpful. The claim went through in just a few days. I cannot recommend SSAA insurance brokers highly enough. If you own firearms and valuable accessories.
