Many brokers just auto renew however Bina always does comparisons and finds me the best deal. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible service. Tried to ring a week ago after a break in, no after hours number offered just ring your case manager. Well Id been just auto renewed for years without agreeing so I didn't know that, I didnt know anything just that id be paying every month. Lost a day then got the fill in person Andrew Swaney who was tortuous to deal, knew nothing about my file, was clearly busy doing something else, gave me the wrong details when I decided id go straight to the insurer as Id had enough of him wasting days. I had a open window after a break in, was stressful. I feel there's a scammers mentality at Regional Insurance Cairns branch towards my account anyway, I told this Swaney multiple times dont auto renew, sent a email to Gail Fox dont auto renew and right up to a few days ago this Swaney tried to make it happen, maybe just to be smart it was bizarre by then I was openly saying ill never deal with them again. As for the past saying nothing doesn't mean consent. They took advantage of my life being a mess at the time and auto renewed. Take my file and close it for good Regional Insurance - and by the way the actual Insurer, CGH was wonderful, thoroughly recommend their customer service.
