Just bought my first car and the lovely ladies at RACV helped me sort out my car insurance. So nice and friendly, best customer service I’ve received in Mildura.

Friday the 1st of November we had hit the road to commence our travels, unfortunately we had an issue and I had to call for RACV road side assistance. The team from RACV Mildura turned out to aid in the recovery. This was handled with much thought, care and professionalism. There was not a rush or hurry to do the recovery with safety being number one. The attendant Dwayne was super helpful, experienced and did such a wonderful job. Once the caravan was on the recovery truck, we followed Dwayne back to the office so we could provided some details and collect some belongings. Again, such a professional team and straight away they were looking for new parts to repair the issues. Being a long weekend, parts couldn’t be available but the team ensured they would do the repair as soon as possible, and that they did. Communication via phone and emails was outstanding, customer service shown was amazing. The repair was done and the relocation back into Melbourne from the team at Mildura RAVC, again, communication during the travel with updates was outstanding. Would highly recommend RACV Mildura for all your service and repair needs. Special thanks to Blayk and Dwayne for all your assistance and support.
