After experiencing a radical change in personal circumstances, it became apparent that I would need to rethink my finances and how best to go forward. Not knowing anything at all about superannuation, investments etc as it's not my area of expertise and I'm clever enough to know my limitations, I put out a call to my friends for a recommendation for someone reputable who could give me solid advice in a way that wasn't going to suck my will to live... and Ben was recommended to me! And I must say, he has been BRILLIANT. Ben has gone above and beyond to research and understand the particular nuances of my situation, and has, with my full approval, brought my particular case to a broader panel to fully explore the options and implications implicit in my situation. This really impressed me. none of us can hope to know everything about all things, but we should have the wisdom and the insight to understand where our limitations lie and where seeking other perspectives and expertise is the most appropriate course of action.
