I experienced an accident on April 1st in Wagga Wagga and immediately rang Elizabeth Wooden for advice not knowing that it was not her work day and she was at home with young child She responded positively and pointed me in the right direction. This was followed up with the insurance claim which she assisted by adding photos to the claim and with google maps indicating exactly where the accident took place and the circumstances I wasn’t confident or capable of this It took much anxiety out of the process for me. Through the insurance company, Elizabeth organised the car hire and extension of hire while my vehicle was being repaired. Finally she dealt with the excess costs that could have charged to me before releasing my vehicle to me after repairs. She was well supported by other members of her work team Outstanding service!
