I have used Arma Insurance Brokers to review and arrange my insurance portfolio, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team took the time to understand my individual circumstances, explain my options clearly, and ensure I had the right level of cover in place. Pretty disappointing experience given how many great ratings these guys have. I contacted them back in May to seek assistance with sorting out my business insurance and to check we are correctly covered. At first it was great, I was passed onto Toby who provided some advice. Unfortunately that is where my good experience ended. What followed was me chasing them with many follow ups over two months seeking any communication back from them to help me arrange our insurance. Was always advised they were awaiting communication or info from potential insurers. Always advised that something would be sent through that day, but nothing ever has. I made follow up phone calls to confirm they had the correct email address etc. Most recently I emailed Toby to ask if they are unable to assist us to just please let us know, so that I can move forward with making alternative arrangements. Not even the decency to reply to that email that I sent more than a week ago. Completely disappointing and time wasting experience for me. An edit to respond to you: The blank email you speak of was sent to Toby while on the phone to him to ensure he had the correct contact details. You can see both emails in the image attached. It was clearly discussed with him that I understood that you could not beat my current premium as from his advice we were not correctly covered. At no point did I advise I did not want to proceed. Several follow up calls to chase you clearly indicates that.

We use ARMA Insurance for all our insurance needs, from business insurance to farm insurance. The team at ARMA are professional and know what we need. We cannot recommend the ARMA team enough! The above was 7 years ago and we are still with ARMA! Recently we had one of our vehicles damaged by at third party and the team at ARMA handled it very professionally and efficiently! I still stand by my original review!

These guys are just the best! Amanda and her staff are super efficient and knowledgeable, and when things don’t go to plan they really step in and look after their customers.
